Andy Hall is the President & CEO of Trailhead Strategies where he has been leading projects and teams to help clients on their journey to build a more inclusive, resilient, and competitive American workforce since January 2022.

Shannon is a seasoned leader specializing in developing data-driven cultures by designing modern, automated business ecosystems that leverage data across organizational systems, resulting in improved business performance. She has over 20 years strategizing and mobilizing organizations to transform business and technical programs to drive business value, increase efficiency, and extend capabilities.

Chris Cruzcosa is a Senior Data Analyst at Trailhead Strategies. 

With 10+ year of experience in the public sector, Chris is adept at transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and policy development.

Erin Henderlight (she/her/hers) is Trailhead’s Principal for Human Services where she partners with organizations and government agencies across the country to improve the delivery of a critical human services.
