Trailhead Strategies worked with Results for America to develop a job quality framework, researched leading examples, and wrote original content for how workforce and economic development leaders can advance job quality through their internal HR practices, procurement policies, evidenced-based program design, enforcement actions, and advocacy efforts. Key activities included:

• Designing a job quality and equity framework

• Identifying 16 opportunities for action local government to improve job quality

• Researching over 100 leading public and private examples of projects, policies, and initiatives advancing job quality in local communities across the US. 

• Working with a web-design partner to develop the online tool and content management system. 

• Facilitating and responding to user feedback and comments on the content and web tool.

• Developing a job quality metrics database allowing agencies to benchmark and measure job quality
