The Talent Finance Design Workshop (TFDW) is a multi-session series hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and its Talent Finance core team. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, through this workshop, brings together experts from the public and private sectors who are focused on the future of the American workforce. It was redesigned in 2022 as part of an ongoing effort by the U.S. Chamber Foundation to help employers, workforce development specialists, education leaders and others benefit from the growing conversation about the need to rethink how we finance talent. The workshop also aims to give participants direct access to information about new talent finance solutions that are being implemented across the country and to introduce them to a growing network of talent finance professionals.
